A former Product Developer in the apparel industry, and lecturer for over two decades, Sarah is a graduate of Parsons school of design in New York City.  She has worked for top designer labels in New York and Toronto.  She also attended Fashion Institute of Technology for advanced Merchandising and Management courses.  Sarah taught at various Universities in the Middle East.  She has travelled across the globe to 40+ countries.  Sarah is passionate about growing Long Term Care homes in Canada and creating a boutique brand which aims to be #1 in Canada.  She is highly involved in daily operations and her attention to detail can be seen in every corner of the physical homes to the exemplary care that the residents receive.

GAGAN SURI

International real estate professional and an author who has worked his way through Bay Street, Wall Street, Canary Wharf and the Middle East.  He was the CEO of one of the largest real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, developing Bahrain Bay, a 1.5 million square feet master planned city in the heart of Manama, Capital Governate of Bahrain.  Gagan holds an MBA from McMaster University and a BA in hospitality from Merychurst University in Erie, PA, USA. He is committed to building a portfolio of Long Term Care homes in the Okanagan valley.  Gagan manages all of back-end of the operations.  He is meticulous about technology integration, operational / management systems and digital records.  He researches, innovates, and constantly brings new ways of doing old things which saves staff time; precious time that staff utilizes in providing higher number of care hours to the residents.
